The Western Conference shall be dedicated to the promotion of the interests of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, as declared in the Constitution, By-Laws, and Congressional Charter thereof, and shall supplement the efforts of the constituted officials of the V.F.W. in the geographical territory composing its field of activity.
