We invite interested parties to submit proposals for hosting future western conferences. Please include the following:

· Venue information
· Registration pricing
Bidding Guidelines
1. Hotel Requirements:
a. Minimum of 150 rooms for Friday and Saturday nights.
b. At least 25 rooms available on Wednesday night.
c. At least 110 rooms available on Thursday night.
2. Facilities:
a. Space to accommodate up to 350 people for a banquet.
b. Two meeting rooms: one for the auxiliary and one for the VFW, each capable of holding approximately 200 people, equipped with a sound system and audiovisual technology.
3. Transportation:
a. Provide a description of transportation options from the nearest airport to the hotel.
